But our Derby bathroom showroom is working hard to fix this renovation problem. Starting from 28^th September, Easy Bathrooms will be hosting monthly ‘Ask the Expert’ events, to help local homeowners source reputable tradespeople.

Property expert Sarah Beeny has often cited finding good tradespeople as one of the most difficult aspects of a renovation project, with 71% of homeowners taking to social media to source trade professionals.

Sarah is an advocate of people asking local showrooms/merchants for recommendations, who often have a catalogue of contacts. Our store is therefore set to put on a monthly event, dedicated to helping Derby residents to find trusted trades people, within their budget and timescales.

Where is our Derby bathroom showroom?

Located next to Screwfix on Ascot Drive in Derby, the store will welcome a different supplier each week. It will allow homeowners to discuss the best products for their project and ask detailed questions about installation fees/potential layouts.

Talking of the event, Gary Broughton, manager of Easy Bathrooms said: “We work with some of Derby’s most trusted, experienced tradespeople. We know how hard it is for customers to find good quality fitters, so we thought why not bring them together, for the benefit of local homeowners?

“It will be a relaxed event, in which customers can explore their options, bring in photos and floorplans, and book a tradesperson, should they wish to. There’s no other event like this in the region, so we’re delighted to bring it to the people of Derby.”

Our team of bathroom designers will also be on hand to help visitors create free, 3D designs of their space.

The Derby bathroom showroom and tile shop has over 100 fully-tiled displays on offer, with brands including Burlington, Hudson Reed, Heritage Bathrooms and more.
