Easy Bathrooms ‘streets ahead’ of other bathroom brands in Which? rating
We are incredibly proud to say that in an independent Which? bathroom survey of 6,700
people, Easy Bathrooms was rated as one of the UK’s best bathroom brands.
The scores and rating were based on two key aspects of buying a bathroom:
- The process of buying a bathroom from a retailer, including range, quality of advice and delivery
- The quality and value for money of products from leading bathroom brands.
Easy Bathrooms scored 76%, just behind IKEA and John Lewis (who scored 84% and 79% respectively), and ahead of other bathroom brands such as Victoria Plum, Victorian Plumbing, Bathstore and Better Bathrooms.
It says: “With a customer score of 76%, Easy Bathrooms is above average in our retailer’s table. It's not as good as our top bathroom retailer Ikea, which scored 84%, but it’s streets ahead of our lowest-scoring bathroom retailer, Better Bathrooms, which only managed 64%.” We are very proud of this achievement and we’re looking forward to building on our customer service ‘score’ over the next 12 months as we move to a new, purpose-built bathroom HQ in Wakefield, which will allow us to vastly improve our operations.
