Meet the Team: Slough Showroom Manager

Neil Humphreys is the joint manager at our 100-display Slough bathroom showroom. Get to know a little more about him in this recent Q&A...

How long have you worked at Easy Bathrooms?

Since our Slough showroom opened in June 2020.

Tell us a bit more about your day-to-day role?

I am the joint manager, alongside Kevin, so it is my shared role to lead, coach and mentor our team, to not only meet, but exceed, KPIs and targets. We also ensure that the store is clean and tidy, and professionally presented at all times.

What’s the favourite part of your position?

Being involved in the day-to-day sales process, supporting customers and the responsibility of running a branch.

Do you have a biggest achievement in work?

I always get a buzz when I support a customer through their decision-making process, ensuring they’re looked after, and then turning that into a sale. Not only do I love to know I’ve helped someone get their dream bathroom, but the ‘sale’ itself makes me happy, as I’m supporting the growth of our company.

Your favourite bathroom trend of 2020?

I think the dark green and grey colour schemes work together very well.

Describe your home style

What advice would you give someone renovating their bathroom?

Plan properly. Choose your colour scheme for the vanity unit and tiles, allow adequate space for everything and don’t be scared to be creative.

What one word would your colleagues use to describe you?

When you’re not at work, what would we catch you doing?

Walking my dogs or DIY.

Name three words to describe Easy Bathrooms

Quality, affordable, choice.
