Meet the Team: Wakefield Showroom Manager

David Harrison is the manager at our Wakefield bathroom showroom - the fourth store we ever opened back in 2013. We caught up with David to chat to him about his role and his home style...

Name: David Harrison

Position: Manager at our bathroom and tile showroom in Wakefield.

How long have you worked at Easy Bathrooms?

Just coming up to 12 months

Tell us a bit more about your day-to-day role?

It's all about overseeing the showroom operations and ensuring the team are on top of their game whilst giving our customers some great help and advice.

What’s the favourite part of your position?

Seeing a customer's dream bathroom coming together, from putting their ideas in to original plans, right through to seeing photos of the completed job.

Do you have a biggest achievement in work?

Weathering the recent Covid-19 shutdown and coming out the other end as strong as ever.

Your favourite bathroom trend of 2020?

I'm really liking the bolder colours coming through, such as the Griffin Petrol blue furniture.

Describe your home style

I live in a new build and I like contemporary, sharp clean lines, though we have a few feature walls where we've gone for really bold wallpaper. Oh, and a lion's head in the bedroom!

What advice would you give someone renovating their bathroom?

Think about how the room will be used and never underestimate how much storage you need. Be as bold as you dare with your design and remember that good lighting can really make a room.

What one word would your colleagues use to describe you?

I'm afraid to ask!

When you’re not at work, what would we catch you doing?

Catching up with friends and family - socially distanced of course!

Name three words to describe Easy Bathrooms

Professional, quality and on-trend.
