We're UK's Fastest-Growing Bathroom Retailer, Reaching 50 Stores & £33m Turnover

We are delighted to announced that we are the UK's fastest-growing, independently-owned bathroom retailer, opening our 50th store and reaching more than £33million in turnover in just seven years.
Our newest bathroom and tile showroom in Dereham, Norfolk, opened on the first day that Covid-19 lockdown restrictions were lifted. Despite the Covid-19 crisis, and amid difficult retail conditions, we are also expected to open an additional nine showrooms before the end of 2020.
The 7,000 sq. ft. Dereham bathroom store offers more than 100 inspirational displays over two floors – which tops our combined commercial space to almost 500,000 sq. ft. nationally. Our company’s expansion plans have seen us open an average of one store per month for three years, create over 320 jobs nationally and reach a turnover of £33,349,000 in 2019 – an increase of 60% on 2018’s £20,792,000 turnover.
Pre-Covid-19, we were on target to reach a turnover in excess of £50million for 2020.
Our growth trajectory comes at a period when many other physical and online bathroom brands are struggling. 2019 saw Bathstore, Better Bathrooms and Soak fall into administration.
Craig Waddington founded Easy Bathrooms in Leeds in 2012. Commenting on the growth, he said: “I am humbled and extremely proud of the team we have built; who believe in what we are doing with the Easy Bathrooms brand. I believe that the combination of our products, our service and our pricing are what stands us apart in the bathroom market, and I’m delighted that our growth continues to create jobs across the UK.
“The current Covid-19 situation is the toughest economic situation that the UK has faced in modern times and it impacts every single business. We have solid foundations which will help us to assist the UK’s economic recovery, and we’ll keep moving forward.”
