Have you registered your warranty?
Before you do anything else – have you registered your warranty? You have up to 60 days from the time you receive your item to register your warranty with us otherwise it becomes invalid.
Failure to register your warranty could mean that some aspects of your purchase are no longer covered – this does not affect your statutory rights.

Making a complaint
Although the majority of our orders go without any problems, occasionally a customer’s experience falls below the standards that they expect.
On such occasions, our regular customer services staff might not be able to help you, but we’d appreciate being given the chance of being able to put things right.
