BAL Flex One is revolutionary with its long open and work time, excellent non-slip properties and the quick drying, enabling you to grout in as little as 6 hours. With the extended pot life of 2.5 hours this tile adhesive is ideal for projects that take time where you set your own pace. Ideal for large format tiles, heated screeds, areas of total immersion and areas subject to movement or vibration.
This enhanced standard setting flexible tile adhesive gives great freedom with full wettability and smooth gel rheology. A bed depth of up to 15mm is possible which is perfect for building out on problematic areas. BAL Flex One has excellent grab and non-slump which easily exceeds the requirements of EN 12004 for a “T” rated adhesive.
* Not suitable for large format thin panels (3m x 1m in size).

Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size & weight of the items within your basket. All orders are delivered on our own fleet of Easy Bathrooms vans or with a carefully selected external carrier if we can’t make the delivery ourselves. We offer select a day delivery so you can choose a specific delivery date where you can ensure you’ll be home to receive your order. Once at the checkout, you’ll be presented with a calendar to book in your chosen delivery date.
Next Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 11.30am to qualify for next day delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays). Terms and conditions apply.
Standard delivery
With standard delivery you can expect your items within 3 to 5 working days (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
Collection
You can always collect from one of our showrooms nationwide. We do charge a small collection fee for larger orders large items and some very large items are excluded. If your order is eligible for collection, you'll see the option at checkout along with the next available collection date.
Returns
When purchasing online you have up to 30 days to return items from the day after you received delivery. Excludes tiles, selected brands & perishable goods. Items can be returned directly to our warehouse at your own cost. Or you can return items to any of our nationwide showrooms. Friendly and helpful staff
I’m a tile contractor based in Sheffield but have quite a lot of work out in chesterfield so I use the easy bathrooms because they have quality adhesives and grout and tile trims and dean and the rest of the staff very helpful on which products are best for different jobs would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking good quality tiles

From start to finish team have been extremely helpful & given lots of advice. Georgia dealt with our initial enquiry & planned the design & helped with finding right fittings etc. She was very efficient & sent us quotes & plans which were very useful. Great service from Ivor at Easy Bathrooms Chorley
We had a great service and excellent communication from Easy Bathrooms. Ivor was super helpful and very patient and responsive working with us to get the best design for our small downstairs toilet. Communication before and on the day of delivery was excellent and the delivery team were very polite and helpful. Everything we ordered arrived and arrived very well packaged and undamaged.
