PLEASE INSPECT ALL PRODUCTS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY AND KEEP ALL PACKAGING SAFE AND IN GOOD CONDITION FOR 14 DAYS.

 

Returns Process

If you wish to return any Easy Bathrooms products that falls within our Terms and Conditions you can do so by first contacting our Customer Service Team on 0330 660 1120 or your local Easy Bathrooms store. Please have your original order number to hand when requesting any returns.You can return your items to any of our stores or directly to our dispatch warehouse: Unit 100 Howley, Park Road, East Howley Park Ind Estate, Morley, Leeds, LS27 0BN.

We request all items be returned in their original packaging and bear no signs of installation. Items must be in a resalable condition.

14 Days Cancellation

Items purchased online come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason you can request a return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Items purchased in store may be subject to a minimal restocking charge. Some exclusions apply, see our full Terms and Conditions here.

Please notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery and ensure all items are returned:

  • Unused
  • Show no signs of installation
  • In original packaging
  • Both item and packaging are in good condition

365 Day Exchange Policy

With our extended exchange policy, you’re still able to return any unwanted items up to 365 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or credit. Some restocking fees may apply.

To take advantage of our 365 day exchange policy simply contact our Customer Service Team on 0330 660 1120 or contact your local store. Please make sure to add your order number to all correspondence and outline the items you wish to return and the reason for return.

Returning Unused Tiles

You can return any unused tiles back to Easy Bathrooms up to 30 days from the date of delivery and up to a maximum of 10% of the original order. We can only accept the return of full, unopened boxes in a resalable condition. Contact our sales team or your local store to request a return.
