Our Returns Process

 

PLEASE INSPECT ALL PRODUCTS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY AND KEEP ALL PACKAGING SAFE AND IN GOOD CONDITION FOR 30 DAYS.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

If you wish to return an item which falls within our terms & conditions policy, please firstly open a return request. You can do this by contacting your local store (find your nearest hereor email your return details to [email protected]
include your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return.

Once your return has been agreed you then have 14 Days to return your goods back to our warehouse or your chosen store.  

You can return items to our warehouse at your own cost (27 Oakwell Way, Birstall, Bately, WF17 9LU). If you choose to return to store, please note there is a return delivery charge of £20 for large items over 20kg. Example of large items include; baths, shower enclosures, vanity units, box of tiles, etc.

Please be aware – Returned items must be in a re-saleable condition.
Items must be fully packaged with no signs of damage or installation. This is essential & may affect your refund.


ONLINE PURCHASES
 

30 DAYS CANCELLATION
Items purchased online come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can request a return up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery and ensure all items are returned:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• Show no signs of installation
• Both product & packaging are in good resalable condition

Made to Order Items
Please be aware ‘Made to Order’ items cannot be returned once the order has been placed with the manufacturer (15 days before your initial delivery date).
Made to Order items are specifically ordered to your requirements. Example of these items tongue & grove wall panels, whirlpool & spa baths and stone earth bespoke furniture. these items will be highlighted to you in-store or at checkout.

Tiles
When returning tiles please note that we only accept 15% of the original order back & these must be full boxes of tiles in original packaging, these can be returned to our dispatch warehouse (27 Oakwell Way, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9LU) at your own expense or to any of our stores which will incur an additional £20 restocking charge.

STORE PURCHASES

Unwanted Items
From the date of delivery you have 30 days to return any Easy Bathrooms own brand items for a full credit or exchange. Please be aware items returned to store will be subject to a £20 restocking charge.

Please notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery and ensure all items are returned:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• Show no signs of installation
• Both product & packaging are in good resalable condition

Tiles
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return Easy Bathrooms own brand tiles. When returning tiles please note that we only accept 15% of the original order & these must be full, unopened boxes in original packaging, these can be returned to our dispatch warehouse (27 Oakwell Way, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9LU) at your own expense or to any of our stores which will incur an additional £20 restocking charge.

Unused/unopened & undamaged adhesives, grouts & other consumables can be returned to store up to 30 days after delivery.

Special Order Items
Please be aware ‘special order’ items cannot be returned once delivered, however you are able to cancel these up to 15 days before your initial delivery date. ‘Special order’ items are defined as any items which do not appear in the Easy Bathrooms brochures, items not stocked by us or items modified/personalised for you.

Please be aware Stone Earth, Whirlpool Spa Baths and Wall Panels are ‘made to order’ and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

Glass Screen & Shower Enclosures
Please make sure to check all dimensions and codes on boxes before opening shower enclosures and glass screens. Once these items are opened, they cannot be repackaged and will be deemed as none-resalable, thus cannot be returned as unwanted.


REPORTING DAMAGES


On delivery, please inspect all boxes and report obvious damage and shortages to your local store or to our customer service team on 0330 660 1120 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help speed up the replacement we may request photographic evidence of damages. Upon receiving these we will immediately send out replacements for you.

After the 48-hour inspection period, it will be assumed that obvious damage and shortages occurred during your possession and Easy Bathrooms cannot be held accountable for mistreated or misplaced items.
