Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item which falls within our terms & conditions policy, please firstly request a return.
To request a return
To begin your return, please notify us in writing at [email protected] or contact your local showroom
Please include:
• Order number
• Items you wish to return
• Photos of your items (condition & packaging)
A member of our after sales team will be in touch within 48 hours regarding how to proceed with your return. Once a return has been confirmed you have 14 days to get the items back to us.
Please note:
Returned items must be in a resalable condition, this may affect your refund. Returns are assessed case by case when a return request is submitted.

Returning Items Within 30 Days
Eligible Easy Bathrooms products may be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, exchange or credit. Items must be in full resalable condition with original undamaged packaging.

Excludes Tiles, Special Order Items, and perishables (such as Grouts & Adhesives) for further info on return exclusions please visit our Terms & Conditions page.
Returning Items Yourself
You can return items, at your own cost, directly to our distribution warehouse:
Easy Bathrooms, Peel Avenue, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF2 7UA
Returning Items to your local Showroom
Please note showrooms have limited storage space. Small items under 10kg may be returned to any of our nationwide showrooms free of charge. Larger Items over 10kg may be returned, however this will incur a £20.00 return fee. Very large & bulky items unfortunately cannot be returned to showrooms.
Arranging a Collection
You can contact us to arrange a collection for your return. Collections are charged at £60.00 and we will contact you to arrange a suitable date. Please contact your local showroom or our after sales team for further information.
