This page outlines the terms and conditions on which we supply the goods (Goods) as listed in our catalogue and on our website www.easybathrooms.com to you (the customer). These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Goods from our site or stores. You accept that by ordering any of our Goods, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for your reference. If you are unsure about any terms outlined herein, please contact our customer-care line on 0330 660 1120. Throughout our website all measurements are given in millimetres. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information on this website, however all measurements should only be used as a guide and final checks made before purchase and installation. We must also reserve the rights to amend details, prices and specification without notice. Whilst we have endeavoured to maintain accuracy throughout this website all images are for illustration purposes only and are subject to change. E&OE.

DELIVERY DATES AND LEAD TIMES are given in good faith and may be subject to change on occasion due to circumstances beyond our control. We advise customers to wait for all goods to be delivered before booking an installer.
DELIVERY – Standard delivery orders are ‘on property’ only and require an able-bodied person to receive the delivery and sign for the goods. The customer is responsible for accessibility to the delivery address and must report any access problems prior to delivery. A premium 2 Man White Glove delivery service is available for an additional cost and will deliver the goods to a room of your choice on ground floor level.
COLOUR MATCH is as exact as the manufacturing process and materials allow and must be checked before installation. Woods are natural materials and therefore will have grain and colour difference. Tiles, ceramics and acrylics have different light characteristics and will appear slightly different in certain lighting conditions to others.
CAD DRAWINGS & TILE QUANTITIES are given as a guide only and final checks must be made by the customer / fitter prior to installation. Easy Bathrooms are not responsible for incorrect measurements and quanities given to use by your or your installer.
DISCOUNTS - Please Note, discounts and promotions codes are applied to the Retail Price (not the sale price) and cannot be used in conjuction with any other sales or offers.
- 14 days from the day after Goods are delivered you may return any Easy Bathrooms Goods for a full credit, exchange or refund. Easy Bathrooms products are defined as any products that appear in the Easy Bathrooms Brochure(s).
- 365 days to exchange any Easy Bathrooms Goods (excludes Tiles, Special Order Items & Perishable Goods).
- Special Order Items ordered in store must be paid in full and cannot be cancelled.
- Perishable goods such as Adhesives are excluded from our returns policy.
- You can return Unused Tiles (up to 10% of the original order) within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
- We request all returned items are in original undamaged packaging and a resalable condition with no signs of fitting.
- The customer is responsible for returning the goods to Easy Bathrooms and all associated costs. You may return Goods to any of our Stores or direct to our Warehouse. Contact our sales team for full details.
- Refunds will be processed 14 days after Goods have been recieved and inspected.
- These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS:
- Obvious damage and incomplete orders must be reported to Easy Bathrooms in writing within 2 days from the day after delivery. Any damage reported outside of this time will be assumed to have been caused whilst in your possession.
- Items collected from store must be checked for obvious damage and incomplete orders where possible.
- These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following words have these meanings throughout the Conditions:
Conditions - means the terms and conditions set out in this document;
Contract - means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the sale and purchase of Goods which incorporates these Conditions.
Special Order Items – Are Items defined as any item that does not appear in the Easy Bathrooms catalogue(s).
Delivery Location - means the location where the Goods are to be supplied, as set out in the Order, which must be only in England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

2.0 PRICING & PAYMENT
2.1 All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.2 We reserve the right to amend or update our pricing at any time. Price increases do not affect orders already placed and paid for.
2.3 All orders must be paid in full before delivery. Orders placed online must be paid for in full at time order is placed.
2.4 Orders placed in the showroom require a minimum of 25% deposit with the balance payable prior to confirmed delivery date.
2.5 Special Order Items, Goods sold at exhibitions and/or those sold at reduced rates including all ex-display Goods, are to be paid for in full at point of order.
3.1 We will deliver the Goods to the delivery Location under the following terms:
3.1.1 At the Company's discretion, an enhanced delivery option may automatically be charged should the Goods ordered be very bulky, heavy or require special attention.
3.1.2 Easy Bathrooms drivers are instructed under no circumstance to take the Goods into your home. We do not accept any liability for damage caused to your property either inside or outside. If, under any circumstances, you allow the delivery driver to enter your home you do so at your own risk.
3.1.3 Should any delivered packaging display signs of damage at the point of delivery then this damage should be recorded on the delivery note before signing acceptance of the Goods. We will then file a claim against the courier. A replacement item cannot be sent out until the courier has accepted liability for the damage.
3.1.4 Under certain circumstances delivery charges may be higher than advertised. This generally applies to items over a certain weight, deliveries over a certain distance away from the dispatching warehouse and on occasions where customers wish to split their deliveries. In such cases customers, will be required to pay the additional charge prior to the item(s) being dispatched
4.0 RETURN OF GOODS
4.1 We request customers examine all Goods to check that they are as ordered and undamaged within 2 days from the day after delivery. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition. Easy Bathrooms will replace Goods free of charge that have been incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit to you.
4.2 You must report all returns to us within the time frame detailed in section 4.1 and with proof of purchase. 4.3 If Goods are being returned to us as ‘unwanted’, you will be responsible for all cost associated with the return of the item. All Goods must be returned in their original packaging bearing no signs of fitting or damage and in a resalable condition. We will not accept or refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or during transit back to us. Should a Product be damaged during transit back to us it is up to you to claim for damages from the courier company used.
4.4 If Goods are being returned to us as ‘faulty’ you must inform us in writing in the first instance either by email or post (to the address in section 1.0) outlining details of the fault. Once we have confirmed the Product is faulty (as outlined in section 5.4) we will contact you to arrange collection; ask for the Goods to be returned to us; or to dispose of the Goods. Never dispose of the Goods without our written confirmation. Should we request the Goods to be returned to us we will require a receipt for the postage costs which will be refunded when the Goods have been inspected and deemed faulty.
4.5 You also have the option of returning any Goods directly to one of our stores. Refunds will only be processed once items have been inspected and deemed as resalable by our returns officer.
5.0 CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
5.1. INTERNET AND TELEPHONE ORDERS
5.1.2 You will be entitled to cancel the Contract with us in the following circumstances:
5.1.3 Internet and telephone orders where Goods have not been installed and you are unhappy with the Goods, for whatever reason, and notify us in writing before the expiry of 14 days from the day after the day on which the Goods were received; or
5.1.4 Where Goods supplied are faulty or not in accordance with the specifications of your order.
5.1.5 This right of cancellation does not apply to certain perishable goods or goods made specifically to your specification or personalised at your request as outlined in section 5.5 and 5.6
5.1.6 We cannot refund Goods that have been damaged while in your possession.
5.2. IN STORE ORDERS
5.2.1 You will be entitled to return Goods to us in the following circumstances:
5.2.2 In Store orders where Goods have not been installed and you are unhappy with the Goods, for whatever reason and notify us before the expiry of 14 days from the day after the day on which the Goods were received
5.2.3 Where Goods supplied are faulty or not in accordance with the specifications of your order.
5.2.4 A full credit or refund will be reimbursed to you, for all Easy Bathroom products, within 14 days from the day after the day on which the Goods were inspected and approved for return by our Returns Officer.
5.2.5 This right of return has certain exemptions and exclusions as outlined in section 5.5 and 5.6
5.2.6 We cannot refund Goods that have been damaged whilst in your possession.
5.3 365 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY:
5.3.1 You have the option of returning any Easy Bathrooms items up to 365 days after the date of delivery for any reason. Any returns after 14 days will be for Exchange or Credit only and additional charges may apply. Items must be return in accordance with section 4.0.
5.3.2 The 365 Day Exchange Policy excludes Special Order Items and other items outlined in section 5.5 and 5.6)
5.4 RETURN OF DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
5.4.1 For all reports of damaged or faulty Goods we may request photographic evidence before we accept the request to repair, replace or refund your order. If, after inspection by us, the Product fault is deemed to have been caused by either a manufacturing defect or damage during transit to you we will repair or replace the Product or refund the price of the Product including any delivery charges.
5.4.2 All replacement Goods will be shipped via standard delivery at our cost either by delivering into store or arranging delivery to you.
5.4.3 Installation is deemed as acceptance of the Product’s condition, by commencing with installation you are accepting that the Goods are free from obvious defect or faults.
5.5 SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
5.5.1 Special Order Items, Customised Items and Perishable Goods are non-returnable as unwanted or not required.
5.5.2 Special Order Items are defined as any item that does not appear in the Easy Bathrooms catalogue(s). Special Order Items will be identified as such at the point of purchase.
5.5.3 Perishable goods are defined as anything that can lose its usefulness and value if not appropriately stored or transported, or if not utilized within certain period. Example, Adhesives and Grout.
5.6.1 If you wish to return tiles, Easy Bathrooms will only accept return of full and unopened boxes of tiles that are in a resalable condition. If, when receiving your order, your tiles have been damaged during transit, the damage must be reported as per section 4.0.
5.6.2 In the case of tiles, it is not unusual to have a small portion of broken tiles to some degree (e.g. chipped edges). These damaged tiles can be used for the cuts you will need to make. If you find an unacceptable portion of your tiles are damaged, please contact our Customer Care Team on 0330 660 1120.
5.6.3 Tiles are exempt from the 365-day exchange policy and can only be returned within 14 days from the day after delivery.
5.6.4 Tile sizes are may have slight variance from tile to tile due to being made from natural materials. All Easy Bathrooms tiles adhere to BS standards on tile tolerances. Refunds and exchanges will only be made for tiles found to exceed these tolerances.
5.5.5 Unused tiles can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the day after delivery. Only full boxes in original unopened packaging can be returned and a maximum quantity of 10% of the original order. We recommend keeping a small quantity of tiles for future use.
6.1 Risk of damage to, or loss of, the Goods will pass from us to you only on delivery or collection of the Goods.
6.2 We do not accept liability for damage caused with or by the operation or installation of the Goods. This includes any damage to flooring or accidental Product damage.
6.3 All ex-display Goods are sold as seconds and faulty items are sold as faulty. We do not offer guarantees on either seconds or faulty items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6.4 We accept no liability for any damage caused to a Product due to incorrect installation practices. Failure to engage the services of a suitably qualified installation tradesman may void any warranty available.
6.5 We do not mediate in disputes between Customers and installers/fitters under any circumstances.
7.1 Upon delivery the Goods will be:
7.1.1 of satisfactory quality;
7.1.2 be reasonably fit for any purpose for which you are buying the Goods which, before the Contract is made, you made known to us (expressly or by implication) whether or not that is a purpose for which Goods of that kind are usually supplied (unless you do not actually rely, or it is unreasonable for you to rely, on our skill and judgment).
7.2 Our guarantees cover Easy Bathrooms Goods purchased directly from us, for normal domestic use, covering the material structure of the item against manufacturing defects for the stated guarantee period.
7.3 At our discretion, Easy Bathrooms will replace in part or whole, any product which is covered by our guarantee. If a replacement Easy Bathrooms product is offered, but a direct replacement is no longer available, Easy Bathrooms reserve the right to replace the product with the nearest equivalent of equal value.
7.4 To register your guarantee simply visit www.easybathrooms.com/register and enter your details. Alternatively, you can post your order number along with your contact number, name and email address to our head office at Unit 2 Royds Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS12 6DU. You must register your guarantee within 60 days of receiving your order.
7.5 In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim, simply contact us on 0330 660 1120. If the fault is deemed to be within the terms of the guarantee, Easy Bathrooms will advise you of the measures to be undertaken, pursuant to the proper execution of the guarantee in your individual circumstance.
7.6 Easy Bathrooms will make suitable replacement of the item, in part or whole, dispatched at the earliest possible opportunity as dictated by Easy Bathrooms. In the event that Goods are replaced that subsequently prove not to be defective, Easy Bathrooms reserve the right to levy a charge for such items, together with any and all costs associated with their provision.
7.6 The guarantee does not cover; Non-domestic use, Failure to install or utilise the product in accordance with any written instruction, good plumbing practice or any relating legislation, Fair wear and tear, Neglect or abuse, Electrical failure, Moving parts which are likely to perish through fair usage (such as rubber seals), Parts which do not constitute the material structure of the product. This guarantee is applicable in the UK and ROI only.
8.0 DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
We can use your identity and other information about you which you give to us only to help us to comply with our duties under the law, to provide the Goods and handle your payment for them and, if you give us your prior consent, to tell you about our Goods, on condition that we stop as soon as you tell us in writing to stop. We promise to use reasonable care to keep that information confidential. You promise that the information you give to us is true and, if it changes, you will tell us promptly.
9.0 GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, COMPLAINTS AND CODES
9.1 This Contract will be governed by the law of England and Wales.
9.2 Disputes can be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales or where you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland. Also, if you wish, you can use the following out-of-court or redress mechanism.
10.0 WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION
10.1 We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason. You will be notified of any cancellation as soon as reasonably practicable.
10.2 You can withdraw your Order by telling us of your decision to withdraw before the Contract is made, if you simply wish to change your mind or if the Product you require has a long delivery lead time without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability to us.
10.3 The cancellation rights referred to within Clause 9.1 do not apply in the following circumstances:
10.3.1 Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised;
10.3.2 Goods which are out of stock with long lead times to which you’ve previously agreed;
10.3.3 Goods which have not been maintained in accordance with manufacturers guidelines; and
10.3.4 Goods which have been damaged through misuse which, after our assessment, has not been caused through manufacturing faults.
10.4 We reserve the right to cancel an order up until the point of delivery
10.5 We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (ie handling the Goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods: e.g. it goes beyond the sort of handling that might be reasonably allowed in a showroom). This is because you are liable for that loss and, if that deduction is not made, you must pay us the amount of that loss.
10.6 We will make the reimbursement no later than 28 days after the day we receive back from you any Goods supplied. All refunds will be made to the same account / account card as was used to make the original purchase.
11.0 RECOMMEND A FRIEND
