Your approved Easy Bathrooms installer will need a clear working space, so please make sure cupboards and the areas being worked in are emptied before removal begins. Any necessary preparatory work should also be completed beforehand to help avoid delays.

Your dedicated project coordinator will talk you through everything you need to do before your installation starts and will be on hand to answer any questions.

If you experience an issue after your bathroom has been fitted, simply get in touch with us and we’ll help you get it sorted. Our installations come with a 2-year workmanship warranty, covering issues that arise as a result of the installation work.

If the problem relates to a product, we’ll also help you understand the relevant product guarantee and what happens next.

Yes. All of our bathroom installations come with a 2-year workmanship warranty, giving you extra peace of mind once your new bathroom is complete. This covers issues caused by the installation work, such as incorrect fitting or workmanship-related faults.

Your warranty starts from the date you sign your Satisfactory Completion note at the end of the installation.

Occasionally, your installer may uncover additional work that couldn’t have been identified beforehand. If this happens, we’ll explain what’s needed and discuss any changes with you before the extra work goes ahead, including any impact on the cost or timescale of your installation.

We recommend making sure you’re completely happy with your bathroom design and product choices before installation begins. Once work has started, changes may not always be possible and could affect the cost or timescale of your project. If you do need to make a change, speak to your dedicated project coordinator as soon as possible, and they’ll talk you through your options.
