Delivery Information

All orders are delivered by our expertly trained drivers who know exactly how to handle your goods on our growing fleet of Easy Bathrooms vans when possible. When we can’t make the trip ourselves, your order will be delivered by one of our carefully selected external couriers. It’s also possible to collect most orders from any of our nationwide showrooms.

We offer next day delivery or select a day to suit you. If your order is eligible for showroom collection, you’ll see this option at the checkout alongside available collection dates.

Delivery is Monday to Friday
Slots are an all day service, starting from 7.30am up until 6.00pm

Branded Product Delivery

If your order contains any special order items such as brands like; Burlington, Eastbrook, Kudos etc. delivery will take slightly longer, expect delivery within 3 to 5 workings days. You will receive a delivery date on your order confirmation.

Important Bits

Kerbside Delivery

Please bear in mind that our delivery service is a 1-man assist providing kerbside drop only. It is essential that you ensure an able-bodied person is present on the day to take delivery.

If you require additional help with your delivery, you can upgrade to our premium 2-man delivery service. Our 2-man team will carry your order to a ground floor room of your choice. Delivery will be scheduled within 5-10 working days and our transport team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date. To arrange a 2-man delivery service please call us on 0330 660 1120

Access

If there are any access issues regarding your property such as narrow roads, uneven ground or obstructions, please let us know when placing your order in the handy comments box which you will find at the checkout or give us a call on 0330 660 1120

 

Accepting your Delivery

We do advise customers to have orders delivered at least 5 days prior to your tradesmen coming to install the items. This gives ample time to check all items are present, correct and undamaged, whilst also allowing time for any unexpected delivery delays and allowing Easy Bathrooms to rectify any problems.

  • Ensure an able bodied person is present to accept the delivery
  • Check everything is present & correct
  • Inspect for damage (If you suspect any damage, follow the guidelines below)

Damages

  • Spot damage on delivery? – make a note next to your signature when signing for the delivery or you can refuse your delivery
  • Report damages within 48 hours of delivery - Submit your order number & photos to [email protected]
    For sustainable reasons, we do recommend that damaged tiles are kept and used for cuts on your project whenever possible.

 

Order Amends Before Delivery

We kindly ask that you notify us of any changes you would like to make to your order at least 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. We cannot guarantee any changes made after this time will be possible. If you wish to cancel your order and it is due to be delivered sooner than this please call us as soon as possible on 0330 660 1120.
