Based in Leeds and with an expanding number of showrooms located around the UK, Easy Bathrooms is a young and energetic bathroom supplies company offering our own brand high quality bathroom products from taps to bathroom furniture.

Senior Sales Consultant 

Competitive basic salary + Bonus / Incentive scheme + Benefits

An exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in bathroom / tile sales looking to take the next step in their career and have one eye on the future into new store openings and management positions.

The ideal candidate will be a brand advocate and strong leader, able to successfully represent the company’s core values of great customer service as well as demonstrating excellent knowledge of bathroom brands and tiles.

This role requires a person with a proven track record of working in a retail environment, preferably within the bathroom or tile industry, but could suit an ex plumber or fitter with people & sales skills, and a desire to succeed in a different area of the industry.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of duties including being part of the sales team, designing bathroom layouts, in addition to a range of administration tasks and stock management.

Duties include:

      • Achieving personal sales and store targets across set KPI’s
      • Delivering world class customer service
      • Following all in store procedures
      • Order and payment processing
      • Designing bathroom layouts using specialist CAD software
      • General stock control including lifting and handling of heavy stock
      • Maintaining cleanliness and store POS

Knowledge and Skill requirements:

      • Must have bathroom and/or tile retail sales experience
      • An understanding of Epos or General systems
      • Ability to work with Word, Excel
      • Needs to possess a high attention to detail necessary for processing customer orders/quotations
      • Ability to persuade and influence customers, demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, must possess strong organisational skills

Showroom Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with showroom management experience or someone with a strong background in bathroom and tile sales looking to take the next step in their career.
 
Are you a leader with a strong background of sales capable of running a busy retail showroom? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be a brand advocate and strong leader, able to successfully represent the company’s core values of great customer service as well as demonstrating excellent knowledge of bathroom brands.
 
This role requires a person with a proven track record of working in a retail environment, preferably within the bathroom industry.
 
The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of duties including managing the sales team, designing bathroom layouts, in addition to a range of administration tasks and stock management.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Achieving personal sales and store targets across set KPI’s
  • Delivering world class customer service
  • Following all in store procedures
  • Order and payment processing
  • Designing bathroom layouts using specialist CAD software
  • General stock control including lifting and handling of heavy stock
  • Ensuring 100% coverage of the store during opening hours
  • Reconciling stock and takings daily
  • Maintaining cleanliness and store POS
Knowledge and Skill requirements:
  • Must have bathroom and/or tile retail sales experience
  • Must have previous managerial experience
  • Needs to possess a high attention to detail necessary for processing customer orders/quotations
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must possess strong organisational skills
  • Must have a flexible approach to working hours
Desirable:
  • A formal qualification in Retail/Sales/Management
