How much will my delivery cost?
Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size & weight of the items within your basket. All orders are delivered on our own fleet of Easy Bathrooms vans or with a carefully selected external carrier if we can’t make the delivery ourselves. Select A Day Delivery
We offer select a day delivery so you can choose a specific delivery date where you can ensure you’ll be home to receive your order. Once at the checkout, you’ll be presented with a calendar to book in your chosen delivery date.
Next Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 11.30am to qualify for next day delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays). Terms and conditions apply.
Standard delivery
With standard delivery you can expect your items within 3 to 5 working days (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
Collection
You can always collect from one of our showrooms nationwide. We do charge a small collection fee for larger orders large items and some very large items are excluded. If your order is eligible for collection, you'll see the option at checkout along with the next available collection date.
Returns
When purchasing online you have up to 30 days to return items from the day after you received delivery. Excludes tiles, selected brands & perishable goods. Items can be returned directly to our warehouse at your own cost. Or you can return items to any of our nationwide showrooms. Please be aware that larger items may incur a drop off fee when returned to a local store. For more information, visit our Terms & Conditions page.

Great Staff & wide selection
Luis (Brentford store) who helped us design our bathroom came prepared for our appointment with very nice ideas for layout and furniture. It was clear that he had read the brief carefully and then was quick, attentive and flexible to make any adjustments on the go, as things were coming up in the conversation. We now have a clear view how to move ahead with renovating our bathroom.

We had a very satisfactory design session within the store. The Design consultant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, we were not sure what we really wanted for our bathroom project but she gave us plenty of ideas and design to think about with no pressure. The showroom at Bracknell was very impressive.

Easy Bathrooms Stockport
Byron at Easy Bathrooms in Stockport has been an absolute credit to the company. He was ever so helpful when buying a lot of stuff for a house renovation - pointing us in the right direction and giving us great info. His after sales customer service has been second to none. We’ve had to come back a couple of times to change things - our fault - not Byron’s or Easy Bathrooms, and both times he has gone out of his way to help sort the issues to our satisfaction. Byron should be used as a great example of how to treat Customers. Thanks again for all your help.
