We have been to the shop many times and…
We have been to the shop many times and have always had a good experience that is why we always go back. All the staff welcome you as soon as you walk through the door, but then leave you to browse with no sales pressure, but are available when you need any help, which is what we like. Jenny was especially helpful and went out of her way to find what we wanted, she is a credit to the company.

Easy service .
We were met and served by a very attentive young guy, Michael. He was very informative, polite, and seemed to know what we needed. A very quick service, delivery of the goods and he communicated with us by phone and e-mail. Very prompt. Would have no hesitation to use Easy Bathrooms again or to recommend it to others.

Small purchase but very pleased
Small purchase relatively speaking but still impressed. We only purchased a new bath panel but helpful to see the choices in a good sized showroom with friendly staff, helpful advice and a good price. Will definitely consider for a large project in the future.

Simple good service great product range.
Your staff in the showrooms are well trained. In particular Trudi in your Weybridge store is a gem. The installation service is also well communicated and so far (before installation starts) everything has been good. The only negatuve is that your parent company Cubico's product names vary from your customer sales brochure. This is very annoying as customer's have to check all priduct reference numbers to identify if they correspond with the product names they actually agreed to order in store.
