How much will my delivery cost?
Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size & weight of the items within your basket. All orders are delivered on our own fleet of Easy Bathrooms vans or with a carefully selected external carrier if we can’t make the delivery ourselves. Select A Day Delivery
We offer select a day delivery so you can choose a specific delivery date where you can ensure you’ll be home to receive your order. Once at the checkout, you’ll be presented with a calendar to book in your chosen delivery date.
Next Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 11.30am to qualify for next day delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays). Terms and conditions apply.
Standard delivery
With standard delivery you can expect your items within 3 to 5 working days (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
Collection
You can always collect from one of our showrooms nationwide. We do charge a small collection fee for larger orders large items and some very large items are excluded. If your order is eligible for collection, you'll see the option at checkout along with the next available collection date.
Returns
When purchasing online you have up to 30 days to return items from the day after you received delivery. Excludes tiles, selected brands & perishable goods. Items can be returned directly to our warehouse at your own cost. Or you can return items to any of our nationwide showrooms. Upon entering the Easy Bathroom showroom in Worcester I was immediately welcomed by Vicky who looked after me throughout my refit journey. The Worcester branch has an extensive showroom and provided lots of inspiration. Vicky undertook a home visit to take bathroom measurements and spent 3 hours with me creating a bespoke design. I was able to physically view my choices in the showroom before committing to the final design. Vicky's knowledge and suggestions were invaluable. The bathroom and tiles were delivered with no issues, all items are of a high quality. I am extremely pleased with the bathroom and so glad I met Vicky. Taking on a project involving four bathrooms felt overwhelming, but the team at Easy Bathrooms & Tiles in Chelmsford made the entire process seamless. The showroom has a fantastic selection of high-quality displays and tiles, making it easy to visualise different styles. A massive, special thank you to Sam, who was absolute gold from start to finish. Juggling four bathrooms requires a lot of coordination, detail, and patience, and Sam was always there with expert advice, practical suggestions, and unwavering support. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He guided us through every decision without any pressure, ensuring everything matched our vision and practical needs. Vicky was so helpful when we went to…
Vicky was so helpful when we went to choose our tiles and aqua board for an en suite we are having built. We showed vicky a picture of our vision & she showed & talked us through all the options. Vicky did not push us for the most expensive options; she considered our taste. When we placed the order, vicky told us all the extras we would need (sealant/grout etc) to ensure everything was accounted for. Would definitely recommend!
