Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size & weight of the items within your basket. All orders are delivered on our own fleet of Easy Bathrooms vans or with a carefully selected external carrier if we can’t make the delivery ourselves. Select A Day Delivery
We offer select a day delivery so you can choose a specific delivery date where you can ensure you’ll be home to receive your order. Once at the checkout, you’ll be presented with a calendar to book in your chosen delivery date.
Next Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 11.30am to qualify for next day delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays). Terms and conditions apply.
Standard delivery
With standard delivery you can expect your items within 3 to 5 working days (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
Collection
You can always collect from one of our showrooms nationwide. We do charge a small collection fee for larger orders large items and some very large items are excluded. If your order is eligible for collection, you'll see the option at checkout along with the next available collection date.
Returns
When purchasing online you have up to 30 days to return items from the day after you received delivery. Excludes tiles, selected brands & perishable goods. Items can be returned directly to our warehouse at your own cost. Or you can return items to any of our nationwide showrooms. First Class Customer Experience
Oscar and Dips were extremely helpful and courteous. I visited the showroom at Staples Corner to check if a particular bath was sold there, but didn't expect to have ordered this and pretty much everything else I needed on the day and during the days following. I could sense as soon as I walked in that there was going to be no hard selling, which I find really off putting, just a very welcoming, helpful, and enjoyable experience. Everything was explained very clearly about each product and with no rush. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Oscar and Dips.

Well informed shop staff
Well informed shop staff Product quality was good One down side was the delivery driver was on his own so all the glass panels and shower base was stacked out side my home and I had to get help to take them inside and then to transfer them upstairs.

Excellent experience with these expert…
Excellent experience with these expert staff. They designed and gave a quote very quickly, Grace was fantastic and patient, drafting the design while we looked at what we wanted. I made a few errors in the measurements that I emailed after and Grace correct and emailed tge new design with full rendering images of what it would look like. Definitely recommend
