we have not yet had the bathroom installed yet, but Thomas in the Darlington store, helped us design and pick everything needed. He was really helpful and patient throughout.

Having made an appointment to choose a new bathroom Jake Woods made everything very straightforward. He is professional and very knowledgeable in all products available. The showroom is well laid out and provides customers plenty of choice and ideas for their own products Would highly recommended.

Local showroom staff were very helpful during the ordering process, especially with quantities. Delivery of goods was as agreed with the delivery team - they also placed the items where requested. All in all a very satisfactory service from Easy Bathrooms. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent showrooms and staff

I chose Easy Bathrooms because I could visit the showrooms and see everything physically. While there are dozens of online stores selling bathroom equipment, they cannot replicate the piece of mind of actually seeing and feeling products personally. The showrooms have an excellent range of products and the staff are very helpful when it comes to checking stock or exchanging products.

So pleased that we visited the showroom as there was a good range on display of what we were looking for. The staff were also happy to assist in answering our questions. Our order was delivered within a few days and was fitted with no issues within days. Overall a great experience.

We are building a house and needed a lot of bathrooms.5 bathrooms,3 toilets and a shower room! Andrew and Dean have been absolutely brilliant in organising everything we have needed! A few teething problems during our journey but dealt with immediately and professionally! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
