A company which takes pride in its products
Company seemed genuinely interested in my order. They contacted me after I had an initial quote, which I didn’t go further with as I had measured the shower cubicle untiled. I explained why I had to wait to resubmit the measurements, and was not subsequently hassled. There was lots of communication from the company about delivery and fitting. The company which delivered the door was very professional.

Rayleigh branch was amazing
I first went into your lakeside branch twice over a period of around 2 years and on the first occasion was told I had no appointment so they could not help me, and the second time we visited we approached someone asking for help and eventually we sat down with a salesman, who was clearly not interested at all. He actually searched up wicks on the computer telling us they would be more suited to our needs. We then went to Rayleigh as we was told there was more choice of bathroom shops on that retail park and unknowingly went into your branch where we was lucky to seek advice from your salesman Phil who to be honest could not do enough to help us even though we had no appointment, from then on we can not fault our experience. I would recommend easy bathrooms to anyone but definitely not your lakeside branch.
