Great Staff & wide selection
Luis (Brentford store) who helped us design our bathroom came prepared for our appointment with very nice ideas for layout and furniture. It was clear that he had read the brief carefully and then was quick, attentive and flexible to make any adjustments on the go, as things were coming up in the conversation. We now have a clear view how to move ahead with renovating our bathroom.

We had a very satisfactory design session within the store. The Design consultant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, we were not sure what we really wanted for our bathroom project but she gave us plenty of ideas and design to think about with no pressure. Byron at Easy Bathrooms in Stockport has been an absolute credit to the company. He was ever so helpful when buying a lot of stuff for a house renovation - pointing us in the right direction and giving us great info. His after sales customer service has been second to none. We’ve had to come back a couple of times to change things - our fault - not Byron’s or Easy Bathrooms, and both times he has gone out of his way to help sort the issues to our satisfaction.
