Excellent service
We visited the Altrincham branch, where there was an excellent range of bathroom fittings. We were given a comprehensive brochure, which we took home and perused at length. We took the relevant measurements and a basic outline of what we wanted and returned to Altrincham for our appointment with Oscar. Together with Oscar, we designed our new bathroom. After which, he gave us a detailed quote, which we could study at our leisure. We confirmed at our next meeting that we would go ahead. He made a suggestion for a slight change in the design, with which we agreed. Throughout the process, Oscar was professional, helpful and friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Scott at Easy Bathrooms, Durham branch. I can’t recommend Easy Bathrooms highly enough. From start to finish, Scott has been absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through everything and explain all the options clearly. He was also so patient with me when I struggled to make decisions, never making me feel rushed or pressured and always happy to answer my questions. The delivery process was smooth sailing, and when I realised I had ordered the wrong item, it was dealt with without any fuss whatsoever and quickly rectified. Nothing felt like too much trouble, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. Scott is a real credit to Easy Bathrooms. His knowledge, patience and customer service have made what could have been a complicated process a genuinely positive experience. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who clearly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right.
