BAL XL Floor One is a semi-rapid adhesive that’s highly versatile, use it indoors or outdoors. With an extended working time and pot life of up to 1.5 hours this tile adhesive enables bigger mixes and longer runs. Thanks to the super smooth consistency with rheology the adhesive is far easier to spread.
This highly versatile BAL adhesive offers more adjustment time which makes it ideal for installing large format tiles. It can also be used directly over underfloor heating cables. With a set time of 6 hours it’s a true ‘over nighter’ ready for grouting in the morning.

Next Day Delivery

Collection
You can always collect from one of our showrooms nationwide. We do charge a small collection fee for larger orders large items and some very large items are excluded. If your order is eligible for collection, you'll see the option at checkout along with the next available collection date.
Returns
When purchasing online you have up to 30 days to return items from the day after you received delivery. Excludes tiles, selected brands & perishable goods. Items can be returned directly to our warehouse at your own cost. Or you can return items to any of our nationwide showrooms. Visited the King’s Lynn branch and found the staff incredibly helpful and most welcoming without any pressure selling.
