How much will my delivery cost?

Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size & weight of the items within your basket. All orders are delivered on our own fleet of Easy Bathrooms vans or with a carefully selected external carrier if we can’t make the delivery ourselves. Important update:
Due to national shortages in delivery drivers our 3rd party couriers are struggling to meet some delivery days. We would advise our customers to prepare for delays and order goods in advance. We also cannot be held responsible when 3rd party couriers do not deliver on the arranged delivery date due to factors beyond our control.

Next Day & Select A Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify for next day delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays).

We offer select a day delivery so you can choose a specific delivery date where you can ensure you’ll be home to receive your order. Once at the checkout, you’ll be presented with a calendar to book in your chosen delivery date.

Standard delivery
With standard delivery you can expect your items within 3 to 5 working days (excludes weekends & bank holidays).

Collection
You can always collect from one of our showrooms nationwide. We do charge a small collection fee for larger orders large items and some very large items are excluded. If your order is eligible for collection, you'll see the option at checkout along with the next available collection date.

Returns
When purchasing online you have up to 30 days to return items from the day after you received delivery. Excludes selected brands. Items can be returned directly to our warehouse at your own cost. Or you can return items to any of our nationwide showrooms. Please be aware that larger items may incur a drop off fee when returned to a local store. For more information, visit our returns page
