How much will my delivery cost?
Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size & weight of the items within your basket. All orders are delivered on our own fleet of Easy Bathrooms vans or with a carefully selected external carrier if we can’t make the delivery ourselves. Select A Day Delivery
We offer select a day delivery so you can choose a specific delivery date where you can ensure you’ll be home to receive your order. Once at the checkout, you’ll be presented with a calendar to book in your chosen delivery date.
Next Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 11.30am to qualify for next day delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays). Terms and conditions apply.
Standard delivery
With standard delivery you can expect your items within 3 to 5 working days (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
Collection
You can always collect from one of our showrooms nationwide. We do charge a small collection fee for larger orders large items and some very large items are excluded. If your order is eligible for collection, you'll see the option at checkout along with the next available collection date.
Returns
When purchasing online you have up to 30 days to return items from the day after you received delivery. Excludes tiles, selected brands & perishable goods. Items can be returned directly to our warehouse at your own cost. Or you can return items to any of our nationwide showrooms. Friendly and helpful at St Albans!
Very friendly and helpful advice whilst perusing the showroom (and they have a LOT of bathroom furniture on display). No pressure advice. When I decided what I wanted the salesman (Anish, St Albans store) was very efficient and helpful in ordering/delivering. He also have me great advice on fitting (I did it myself). All round really good service from ordering to delivery
Ordering and assistance at the Doncaster showroom was made very easy and they had what we wanted at a good price with what seems to be a good warranty. The delivery was excellent and the delivery person was very sociable and helpful with nothing too much trouble.

Replacement flow control valve
We needed a replacement flow control valve, thankfully still in warranty! Paige dealt with it incredibly quickly and in a friendly manner. It was delivered to the Bradford showroom in a couple of days. Excellent service all round.

En suite re-fit
I visited the showroom several times to view products before the final design stage appointment. There is an excellent choice of products on display. Denny was extremely helpful providing advice and guidance to help inform my final decisions (and my last minute changes!). The 3D designs were a huge help. After delivery of the goods, one key item was missing from the order. Denny worked hard to find an alternative which did not delay the installation. Gerry and his team carried out the removal and re-fit. They were extremely professional at every stage, arriving when they said they would, keeping me informed as to what would be done each day. They were respectful of my property and very tidy workers. All debris was removed after completion of the work. I am delighted with the work undertaken, the finish achieved and the quality of all the products. I consider the overall cost to be good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerry and his team.
