1. General
1.1 No purchase is necessary to participate in this prize draw.
1.2 The giveaway will commence on 6th July 2026, and end on 20th July2026.
1.3 One winner will be chosen on 21st July 2026, and announced through Easy Bathrooms’ social media channels once the winner has confirmed the prize via email.
1.4 Participants can win one Ninja CREAMi Scoop & Swirl 13-in-1 Soft Serve & Ice Cream Maker.
1.5 The prize draw is open to mainland UK residents only (excluding Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, and Scottish Highlands) over 18 years old only.
2. Methods of Entry
2.1 Participants must complete the ‘Sign Up Form’ on the Easy Bathrooms website. Entries must include name, email address, postcode, and mobile number to be valid. Entries must also 'Like' and 'Comment' on the Easy Bathrooms social media competition post.
2.2 Upon being drawn as a potential winner, the participant must provide proof of eligibility. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.
2.3 This prize draw is in no way run by, associated with, or endorsed by Shark | Ninja, Facebook or Instagram.
2.4 Easy Bathrooms reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
2.5 By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
3. The Prize
3.1 Prize Details: The participant successfully drawn at random will receive a Ninja CREAMi Scoop & Swirl 13-in-1 Soft Serve & Ice Cream Maker.
4. Claiming the Prize
4.1 The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within three (3) working days of notification.
4.2 If the winner fails to claim the prize, is ineligible, or cannot verify eligibility, the prize will be forfeited.
4.3 Easy Bathrooms reserves the right to perform a redraw from eligible entrants if forfeiture occurs.
5. Data & Media Consent
5.1 Easy Bathrooms will use personal information only to comply with legal duties, deliver the prize, and communicate about the prize draw.
5.2 With prior consent, Easy Bathrooms may contact participants regarding products and services. Participants can withdraw consent at any time.
5.3 Participants must provide true information and notify Easy Bathrooms of any changes.
5.4 Easy Bathrooms may feature the winner’s name, city/county, and images in future publications and promotional content.
5.5 Easy Bathrooms may publish information indicating a valid award took place, including the winner’s social media handle.
5.6 If a participant does not consent to media use as described above, they are ineligible to win the prize.
5.7 Any inquiries regarding the use of photographs or videos may be directed to Easy Bathrooms.
