Excellent service
We visited the Altrincham branch, where there was an excellent range of bathroom fittings. We were given a comprehensive brochure, which we took home and perused at length. We took the relevant measurements and a basic outline of what we wanted and returned to Altrincham for our appointment with Oscar. Together with Oscar, we designed our new bathroom. After which, he gave us a detailed quote, which we could study at our leisure. We confirmed at our next meeting that we would go ahead. He made a suggestion for a slight change in the design, with which we agreed. Throughout the process, Oscar was professional, helpful and friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service from Scott at Easy Bathrooms, Durham branch. I can’t recommend Easy Bathrooms highly enough. From start to finish, Scott has been absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to walk me through everything and explain all the options clearly. He was also so patient with me when I struggled to make decisions, never making me feel rushed or pressured and always happy to answer my questions. A special mention to Keith
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish – Easy Bathrooms Derby We recently purchased our new bathroom from Easy Bathrooms on Ascot Drive, Derby, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. The showroom is excellent, with a great range of bathrooms and products on display, making it really easy to get a feel for how everything would look together. The whole purchasing process was straightforward and hassle-free, and the delivery was quick and well organised. A special mention has to go to Keith, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. He was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. When we realised that a part hadn’t been ordered, Keith actually went out of his way to bring the missing part to our home himself. That level of customer service is very much appreciated and is something you don’t often come across these days. Unfortunately, our vanity unit and mirror were damaged during delivery, but even this was dealt with exceptionally well. Arranging replacements was quick, easy and completely hassle-free, with no unnecessary back and forth. Overall, we’ve been extremely impressed with Easy Bathrooms Derby. From the excellent showroom and easy purchasing process to the delivery and after-sales service, everything has been handled professionally and efficiently. A huge thank you to Keith for his outstanding customer service. He is a real credit to the company. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Easy Bathrooms on Ascot Drive to anyone looking for a new bathroom. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
