How much will my delivery cost?
Your delivery cost will vary depending on the size & weight of the items within your basket. All orders are delivered on our own fleet of Easy Bathrooms vans or with a carefully selected external carrier if we can’t make the delivery ourselves. Select A Day Delivery
We offer select a day delivery so you can choose a specific delivery date where you can ensure you’ll be home to receive your order. Once at the checkout, you’ll be presented with a calendar to book in your chosen delivery date.
Next Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 11.30am to qualify for next day delivery (excludes weekends & bank holidays). Terms and conditions apply.
Standard delivery
With standard delivery you can expect your items within 3 to 5 working days (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
Collection
You can always collect from one of our showrooms nationwide. We do charge a small collection fee for larger orders large items and some very large items are excluded. If your order is eligible for collection, you'll see the option at checkout along with the next available collection date.
Returns
When purchasing online you have up to 30 days to return items from the day after you received delivery. Excludes tiles, selected brands & perishable goods. Items can be returned directly to our warehouse at your own cost. Or you can return items to any of our nationwide showrooms. Please be aware that larger items may incur a drop off fee when returned to a local store. For more information, visit our Terms & Conditions page.

Placed an online order and received an…
Placed an online order and received an email to state my order is ready to be shipped on my preferred delivery date. I sent an email to request my tile order to be increased. Received an email back literally 3 minutes later from Donna confirming this could be done along with a payment link. Payment made and a further email received to confirm the additional order added to my original order to be delivered together, with the same batch numbers. All done within 10 minutes. This type of online service is unheard of for speed and efficiency. Highly recommend.

Lovely company
Lovely company - show rooms that give a really good idea about the look of possible bathrooms. We got some many great ideas from them, and they have been very helpful with orders we have placed from toilets to sink advice to lighting and a TV for the bathroom!

Fantastic service from Easy Bathrooms in Harlow
I had the pleasure of dealing with Will at the Harlow branch of Easy Bathrooms, he made the process of designing my bathroom so straightforward where I was overwhelmed by the amount of choices that needed to be made. He gave great insight and advice to help me make the right decisions and I love my new bathroom! I had two in-store consultations as I changed my mind on several aspects but Will was more than happy to incorporate changes, nothing was too much trouble. He even called me to ensure I was able to take advantage of a promotional offer! I couldn't recommend Will and the rest of the Harlow team at Easy Bathrooms highly enough.
