Customer Bathroom: Visit to Basildon
Happy customers are what it's all about for us at Easy Bathrooms, so when we received this email at head office, we wanted to share it.
"I just want to say what a brilliant and excellent experience we had at Easy Bathrooms in Basildon - in particular the excellent service that your sales advisor Connor provided.
My husband and I were completely unsure and nervous of where to start when it came to redesigning our very run down bathroom in our new home. We had many contractors visit our property but none could give us a concise plan or design for their proposals.
When we went into the store in Basildon we were met by Connor and Pete who were more than willing to call to our home to take measurements for a design.
The layout Connor proposed was by far the best use of the space. He must have spent two hours with us (and our newborn baby) customising the design with the equipment and fittings we selected. His knowledge of the Easy Bathrooms product catalogues was excellent. He was able to point out the different types of fittings in the showroom as examples very easily.
Also, he had no issue changing tiles and accessories placement for our design. We were not in the property for the three weeks during the refurbishment works so the contractor went completely off Connor’s design and a few phone calls to us for clarifications.
Connor was out of the showroom the day we selected the tiles so were assisted by the Manager, Pete. He had no problem carrying mosaics and tiles around the showroom so we could colour match with various different combinations.
The service and prices Easy Bathrooms offered us were so good that we decided to get our downstairs bathroom done as well.
The contractor - Pacific Bathrooms - did an excellent job and everything was installed with complete professionalism to an excellent standard.
Thanks to everyone at the Basildon bathroom store, and to Pacific Bathrooms for the excellent service."
