Name: Nathan Stewart

Position: Manager at our bathroom and tile showroom in Kettering.

1.   How long have you worked at Easy Bathrooms?

I have been a part of the Easy Bathrooms team for just over a year.

2. Tell us a bit more about your day-to-day role?

My team is small and close-knit, ensuring that everything is taken care of.

I ensure the cleanliness and the displays are of a high standard, updating them as and when we have new products in. I also get to meet with customers and help design their dream bathroom, which is always rewarding when they walk away fully satisfied.

3. What’s the favourite part of your position?

Interacting with customers is easily my favourite part, because let’s be honest, where would retail be without them?

4. Do you have a biggest achievement in work?

My biggest achievement is an ongoing one – and that’s providing a first-class service. You are only as good as your next sale, meaning that every customer is treated perfectly.

5. Your favourite bathroom trend of 2019?

The growth of gold and shimmer, which puts some sparkle back in a to a very chrome world. Our Pancho taps are a brilliant product for bringing this trend into the bathroom.

6. Describe your home style

It’s a hotchpotch of things that seem to fit together. It works for us!

7. What advice would you give to someone renovating their bathroom?

The best advice that I could give is to make sure you take your time, don’t rush into any decisions and make sure you’re fully happy with all your choices. After all, if you do it right the first time, you only need to do it once!

8. What one word would your colleagues use to describe you?

Workaholic.

9. When you’re not at work, what would we catch you doing?

I love being out in the fresh air, so anything outdoors.
