I recently brought some tiles from your staples corner branch. The enquiry was handled by Dips, he was extremely helpful and answered other questions I had about other tiling issues. When the tiles came in and I returned Dips was still on duty and he helped me again, taking the tiles to my car for me. He is a great advert for your business .

Excellent Customer Service
Our whole experience with Easy Bathrooms has been truly excellent. We visited our local Rayleigh store where we were very impressed with the range of products available. Phil spent many hours with us patiently planning our bathroom, which wasn’t straight forward as we needed a wall removing. Nothing was too much trouble. Phil was also on hand during our installation to assist when a damaged product needed re-ordering. This was done very efficiently and the replacement item arrived very quickly. Communication from Easy Bathrooms head office was also excellent. We had regular emails and phone calls to up-date us. Any questions we had were quickly replied to and dealt with. Our installation team P&JINSTALLATIONS LIMITED were superb! They were courteous at all times and took excellent care of our property ensuring there was no damage. We are delighted with the work they have carried out and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you Easy Bathrooms, you have provided a really excellent service!
