Meet the Team: Installations
The Simply Install team joined the Easy Bathrooms family in December 2023 and has grown rapidly in response to the rising demand for our accredited installation service. In February 2025, the team proudly attended the British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) Awards, where they were honoured as the National Bathroom Retailer of the Year — you can read more about it here.
Made up of both office-based and field roles, the team works collaboratively to deliver a seamless and stress-free installation experience for our customers. To date, they’ve successfully arranged, managed, and completed an impressive 1,140 installations.

Describe your role / key responsibilities:
To develop and manage the company’s Installation Service. Working in partnership with internal and external teams to ensure that all service levels and customer’s expectations are exceeded within our installation proposition.
Favourite type of project to work on?
It's hard to say, I guess the satisfaction in transforming a customer's bathroom from old to new is up there but the diversity of my role and the pleasures there are within my working week concludes that there are many favourites.
Favourite part of your job?
Again hard to pin piont any specific favourite, seeing what we have created and concluded so far as a team, watching store confidence grow in our service and sales increase is certainly a favourite.
The most difficult aspect of your job?
I love a challenge so switching off can be difficult

Marrakesh feature tile, i've seen them installed and they look amazing

Whilst at the altar on my wedding day and after the priest told everyone to put their phones on silent ‘PING’ a work colleague messaged me to say, ‘Good luck, see you at the reception’, Classic! but true…

Spending time with family and watching my son play football

How long have you worked at Easy Bathrooms?
8 Years. Started at the Leeds showroom as a sales consultant, and quickly got promoted to Wakefield showroom manager. In 2019 I moved to the Huddersfield showroom, and then left to work as a contracts estimating manager in March 2021. Furthered my horizons as a first line manager for returns, spares and customer collections in May 2023, and was approached by the installation team in Feb 2024 to become a compliance manager
Describe your role / key responsibilities:
Ensuring products are on site, ready for installs to begin, problem solving, checking orders, making sure that installs finish on time and general day to day compliance. I oversee the live and warranty side of the department, and assist the external team in ensuring goods are on site for warranty claims, and use my technical knowledge to help live installs

Making a small room, look absolutely awesome
Favourite part of your job?
Seeing a problem and solving it. Being part of the most amazing team I have ever worked with

Finding enough hours in the day

The village I live in, is nicknamed 'Shat' and has a famous celebrity resident that I went to school with - Google it!

Going to Santa Pod to drag race, car shows, working on my project car, talking about cars. Gaming (COD) and watching Trailer Park Boys

Describe your role / key responsibilities:
I predominantly manage the "Pre-Fit" side of Installation Compliance, but I dabble in all aspects of Installation Compliance - I love to be busy and involved! Managing a successful team is my passion. I’m a workaholic!
Favourite type of project to work on?
I love getting stuck into a really elaborate bathroom project - something different to the "norm"
Favourite part of your job?
My colleagues of course! We work really well together to get the job done - and have a good laugh along the way!
The most difficult aspect of your job?
Nothing is "difficult"! Challenging sometimes, but we love a challenge! I do find it difficult to step back - I have a tendency to get over involved (some would say “control freak”)

Fun fact about you?
I have been hit by a car THREE TIMES in my life, I've (technically) died once... and I'm still here! (It's all a bit "Final Destination" at this point.)
Favourite thing to do outside of work?
Spending time with my amazing 4 year old Grandson. I also enjoy drinking a lovely single malt Scotch (the 2 things are unrelated!)

Nope - but my Grandson certainly keeps me very busy!

How long have you worked at Easy Bathrooms?
Almost 4 years, I started in the Showroom as a consultant then assistant manager which I did for 18 months. I then moved to the Head Office where I was part of our Customer Service team as Team Leader for 2 years before moving to our Installs team
Describe your role / key responsibilities:
Think of me as the quality control wizard behind the scenes! After the survey magic is done, I double-check the spellbook (aka paperwork), make sure all the compliance boxes are ticked, and then send out the golden ticket—your installation date!
Favourite type of project to work on?
I especially love transforming rooms that were never meant to be bathrooms—or a blank canvas waiting to become something magical. There’s nothing better than conjuring up a beautiful new space where one didn’t exist before!
Favourite part of your job?
Working with my fantastic team—everyone brings their own kind of magic to the table. I also love seeing all the amazing bathroom designs come to life; each one feels like a little transformation spell in action!
The most difficult aspect of your job?
There’s not much that phases me—but trying to decipher some of the returned paperwork can feel like reading ancient scrolls written in a forgotten language!

I love the Moray brassware

I’ve been on stage with Derren Brown—but don’t worry, he didn’t hypnotise me (at least, I don’t think he did...)
Favourite thing to do outside of work?
When I’m not working my magic here, I love diving into a good book, spending enchanted moments with my kids, and escaping to the theater to experience a bit of real-world wonder

I played football for Leeds United and various other Academies but got injured badly when I was 18, so travelled to LA with the biggest Soccer company in the US and coached kids for 6 months. I am also hilarious without trying

DJing with my Girlfriend in our DJ room at home, inviting friends over and enjoying life in general. I try to go on breaks away as much as possible as there is so much to see and do!

Describe your role / key responsibilities:
As a Compliance Coordinator a crucial part of my role is ensuring that the organisation adheres to legal standards, internal policies, and industry regulations.
Favourite type of project to work on?
I enjoy seeing the customer journey from the inception to install.
Favourite part of your job?
I’m the proud paper trail perfectionist of the team. I thrive on getting the details right, whether it's organising documentation, ensuring everything complies with regulations, or making sure every form is exactly where it should be.
From certificates to checklists, I bring structure, accuracy, and peace of mind to the business. If it involves paperwork, processes, or proper procedures—I’m in my element!
The most difficult aspect of your job?
Balancing the need for accuracy with tight deadlines, competing priorities, and the occasional last-minute change can also be demanding. It requires a sharp eye, excellent organisation, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Fun fact about you?
In February of 2025, my fiancé and I climbed the highest mountain in North Africa - Mount Toubkal, located in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, it is 4,167 meters (13,671 feet) high. It was an incredible challenge, here's to the next Mountain!
Favourite thing to do outside of work?
Climb, Cycle, Hike, Mountaineering, Painting, Swimming. As long as I'm out and about in nature and moving, I'm happy.
