Easy Bathrooms Simply Install Service

Our Simply Install service launched in December 2023, and in just over 18 months, the team has completed 1,140 installations—with Easy Bathrooms Bicester proudly making the very first installation sale.

In February 2025, the team attended the British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) Awards, where they proudly received the Bathroom Retailer of the Year award. The timing was perfect, coinciding with the celebration of 1,000 installation sales that same month—and by June 2025, all of those installations had been successfully completed.

Our Simply Install team is one of the fastest-growing, driven by the rising demand for our accredited installation service. They've already completed more projects in the first half of 2025 than in the entire year of 2024—plus, with over 300 additional installations already booked for the coming months, that momentum is only continuing.

How does it work?

Online or In-Store Design Appointment

Our installation service begins with an appointment to discuss and design your bathroom. Customers can choose between a virtual consultation or an in-person appointment at one of over 150 local Easy Bathrooms showrooms.

During your appointment, we’ll discuss the bathroom design, room requirements, layout, and measurements. You'll also choose key elements like the toilet, bath, basin or vanity unit, and tiles—all tailored to your ideas—while exploring what’s possible for your space.

Once your bathroom design is finalised, it will be handed over to our Simply Install team. A team member will then contact you to arrange key dates and guide you through the next steps of your installation journey. You'll also receive your 'Key Documents' folder, either from your showroom or by email.

Installation Survey

Your first important date is the installation survey, where a professional surveyor will visit your property to confirm measurements and identify any potential issues.

Premium Delivery

Your order will be delivered to your home a few days before installation by our premium two-person delivery service. Until then, we’ll securely store your complete order in our warehouse—so there’s no need for you to worry about storage.

Installation Day

On your scheduled installation start date, the team will arrive equipped with shoe and floor covers to protect your home. They’ll begin by carefully removing your existing bathroom, using a sustainable HIPPO skip to ensure responsible disposal.

Once the space is cleared, the team will complete any necessary plumbing and electrical work. The bathroom will then be boarded and tanked to ensure it’s fully watertight—followed by the installation of key fixtures and the start of tiling.

Once everything has been installed, the team will give the bathroom a thorough clean. On average it takes the team 10 days to complete the full bathroom installation.

Dedicated Account Manager

Throughout your entire installation journey, a dedicated account manager will oversee your project, providing support to both you and your installation team every step of the way.

All of our installers are fully vetted and DBS checked, and we offer a 2-year workmanship guarantee from the date your installation is officially signed off.
