Our virtual design appointments team is relatively new, having formed in December 2024 to bring more convenience to our customers who can’t visit their nearest Easy Bathrooms showroom. In just over 6 months, these guys have connected with 845 customers, helping them to envisage their new bathrooms.

Where are you from?
Oldham (Currently living in Bulgaria!)

Describe your role / key responsibilities:
I help customers design their bathroom, managing their design expectations whilst advising on products. Producing CAD drawings and then also taking customer orders. I'll take care of the order throughout the process to ensure nothing is missed. As the team manager, I oversee the team and take care of the virtual appointments diary. I also help out on the Easy Bathrooms projects team, assisting them with designs for property developers. I do a lot of CAD drawings and technical packs.

Favourite type of project to work on?
Minimalistic style bathrooms mixed with a bit of Scandinavian style

How long have you worked at Easy Bathrooms?
Coming up to 5.5 years
I first worked at the Leeds Seacroft showroom" for 18 months, then moved to manage the Wakefield showroom for 2.5 years before moving to Easy Bathrooms Head Office to head up the appointments team.

Favourite part of your job?
Seeing the customer's image of their bathroom come to life based on their brief they have discussed with me.

The most difficult aspect of your job?
Trying to fit everyone in who wants a virtual design!

Your personal favourite Easy Bathrooms product or tile?
Duomo Matt tile paired with the Ottoman Wood effect tile.

Favourite thing to do outside of work?
Spending time with my family on days out exploring new places.

Any Pets?
2 Cats (Lola & Finch) and a Dog (Bella).

Favourite meal?
Too many to choose!

Fun fact about you?
I now live in Bulgaria with my family, and my virtual role enables me to work remotely dealing with customers every day, which i love./p>

Where are you from?
I'm from a small town in Poland, Swidnik. Currently living in Wakefield.

Describe your role / key responsibilities:
As a Virtual Team Consultant at Easy Bathrooms, I schedule and lead Google Meet appointments with customers to design their bathrooms in real time, providing product recommendations, tile selections, and installation quotes.

How long have you worked at Easy Bathrooms?
Coming up to 2.5 years
I started working at Easy Bathrooms in the Wakefield showroom and was there for 1 year & 9 months. I then moved to the Head Office in Wakefield to join the Transport team for 1 year & 3 months, before finally joining the virtual appointments team in February 2025.

Favourite type of project to work on?
I love working on bathrooms that incorporate bold tile choices or unique layouts—it’s a chance to push design boundaries.

Favourite part of your job?
I love the design process, especially that moment when everything clicks and the customer gets excited about their new space.

The most difficult aspect of your job?
Helping customers who feel overwhelmed by too many choices can be challenging, but also rewarding when they find clarity.

Your personal favourite Easy Bathrooms product or tile?
My favourite product is the Ellis furniture range, it's very versatile & available in a selection of colours. As for tiles, I love combining wood & marble, like the Dune wood effect tile paired with the Salzburg gold marble tile.

Favourite thing to do outside of work?
Sleep

Any Pets?
One black cat named Floki

Favourite meal?
Any pasta dish

Fun fact about you?
I am a big fan of Formula 1!
