Virtual Bathroom Design Appointments

This online design service enables customers to chat with our bathroom experts whenever and wherever is most convenient for them. Our Virtual Appointments Manager Daniel quoted, “We tend to see a younger demographic using the virtual appointments service. We get a lot of customers who join calls during their lunch breaks in busy offices.”

The free virtual design appointment service was launched mid November 2024 and since then we’ve seen an impressive 720 appointment requests come through - keeping our growing virtual team on their toes!

The virtual bathroom planning journey starts by requesting an appointment on the website, entering a few simple details about yourself and indicating whether you would prefer a morning or afternoon appointment. From here one of the virtual team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a more specific appointment slot, you choose the date and time which can be anything from 8am up until 8pm.

You’ll then be sent a form to fill in prior to your appointment, this provides the team with important details about your initial ideas, budget, installation plans and bathroom measurements, allowing your bathroom expert to tailor the bathroom design to your needs and preferences.

The design appointment itself is carried out on video call, face to face. The virtual team will also share their computer screen view enabling the customer to see the proposed design. Appointments can run up to 1 hour 30 minutes, giving plenty of time to go through the full project brief and discuss the initial 3D designs which the virtual team will have drawn up prior to the appointment. When the team have established all the details needed to carry on with the design and the call comes to an end, a follow up appointment is then arranged. The team will then carry on to quote the customers chosen products and produce high quality 3D designs of the final bathroom.

The virtual team said, “Giving customers the option of a virtual appointment is great as we see customers that may have not considered Easy Bathrooms previously due to showroom access or their own busy schedules. Almost all of our customers visit a showroom eventually, not many have visited before having a virtual design appointment. Customers seem to like to come to us first to get an idea of design and layout, then they will go on to visit their local Easy Bathrooms showroom to finalise their choices”.
